Freezing Hydra Island

The Freezing Hydra Island event is required in order to gain access to the Dojo Vault, and ultimately the Dracorace's Race Awakening. The player is able to light up thegreenandyellowlanterns in front of the vault during this event, hence unlocking said vault.
